Phishing. This is a scam that comes to you in an email. It is an attempt to trap you into revealing your bank account number and your password.
A recent one pretended to be from the Commonwealth Bank, offering you $25 added to your account if you take part in a simple survey. But the URL (www) given was not Commonwealth Bank.
If you clicked on this link, not only would you risk giving away your bank details and exposing your money to thieves, you could also risk picking up a "Trojan" from the site. It could even be "ransom ware", which encrypts your files and can only be undone if you pay a ransom to the thieves.
So don't open it, or anything like it. Just delete it. Double delete by marking the email and holding the shift key on your keyboard while pressing the delete key on your keyboard.
